New run way laid to go with our new double lane throwing frame.
We have a whole set of Cerberus throwing bags from 4kg up to 28kg.

A few improvements in the gym over the weekend.
First one is a revamp of the stone area.
New mats, more mats, new stone set all cleaned and stone wall tops replaced.
No better place to practice your stone lifting!
